Rosses Point in the sixties

Thanks to former Club Captain Tony Cunningham for the use of the photo below which is believed to have been taken in the mid to late sixties. The view is from the the Yeats Country Hotel formerly known as Ryans. Many ‘experts’ in the Club have failed to agree on the exact year it was taken or what major event was on at the time.
